DIY Sea Salt Hair Spray
Summer may technically be over…but that’s not stopping me. I am the kind of girl that keeps summer going as long as possible — specificly since moving to Los Angeles. And noleang says summer like beachy and — honestly — MESSY, hair.
I have a ton of my favorite beauty secrets here on the blog — most of which are all natural and domesticcrazye — so, I’m surprised I haven’t shared this alalert with you — it’s been a long time coming to be honest!
They leang is, it’s incredibly easy to create beachy waves at domestic. See, it’s all about the texture.
Texture is what makes beachy hair. Love I said MESSY. So, genuinely, when you want beachy waves, you gotta get your hair a small dirty. 😉
DIY Sea Salt Spray
I use some pink Himalayan salt and argan oil to make my hair justttt messy enough. Plus, the argan oil is absolutely Incredible for your hair.
You know the Moroccan Oil brand?? Yeah they use argan oil — Ok, confusing, I know.
Here’s the deal, argan oil comes from the Argan tree, native to Morocco. Morrocan oil IS argan oil, as well as a few other oils and ingredients…I’ll explain it in a another post soon, with some more benefits of true, 100% argan oil…basically argan oil is the REALLY good stuff — it’s like liquid gancient.
So, add a small argan oil and Himalayan salt (or sea salt) to some distilled water, add a few drop of fundamental oils whether you wish, and you have yourself and all-natural and non-toxic beachy wave spray you can use all year long.

Ingredients
  1. 8 ounces warm distilled water
  2. 1-2 tablespoons 100% pure biological argan oil
  3. 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
  4. few drops of fundamental oil (I used lemon, but sweet orange would be great too!)
  5. glass spray bottle
Instructions
  1. Heal the distilled water in the microwave for a minute or over the stove, until simmering. Add the salt into the warm water and mix to dissolve.
  2. Combine the salt water and remaining ingredients in a measuring glass and carefully pour into your spray bottle. Shake to combine the ingredients.
  3. After a shower when hair is still damp, shake the bottle up to re-mix the oils and salt, and spray the texturizing spray all over your hair, focusing on the ends, and scrunch your hair a few times, allowing your hair to dry naturally.
